DAILY RATES AT
SANDOLLAR SITY

There is a $25.00 non-refundable office reservation-processing fee required in addition to the deposit (see below for our Deposit & Cancellation Policy). This fee is in addition to the deposit and is required along with the deposit for all reservations to stay at
Sandollar Sity.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

	*ALL SANDOLLAR SITY* RATES SUBJECT TO SALES TAX.**
	*ALL SANDOLLAR SITY* RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.**
	THE IN-SEASON STARTS MIDNIGHT MARCH 1st AND GOES THROUGH MIDNIGHT OF THE MONDAY OF LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
	THE OFF-SEASON STARTS THE TUESDAY AFTER LABOR DAY AND GOES THROUGH FEBRUARY 28th (OR FEB. 29th IN LEAP YEARS).

SANDOLLAR SITY RULES:

At SANDOLLAR SITY we do have three rules which we ask our guest to please observe.
And they are :

OUR RULES

	NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE CONDOS.
	NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE CONDOS. SMOKING PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE CONDOS AND ON THE DECKS OF THE CONDOS.
	NO PORTABLE BARBECUE PITS TO BE USED ON THE DECKS. THERE ARE BARBECUE PITS PROVIDED BY SANDOLLAR SITY AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS.

GUESTS CAN USE THEIR OWN PORTABLE BARBECUE PITS IN THE SAND OUTSIDE THE CONDOS AND BEACH HOUSE.

CONDO AMENITIES

ALL THE BEACH HOUSES AND CONDOS AT SANDOLLAR SITY HAVE THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES:

	THE DECKS THAT FACE THE GULF OF MEXICO HAVE PATIO FURNITURE ON THEM.
	FULL KITCHENS CONSISTING OF A REFRIGERATOR, RANGE, MICROWAVE, AND A COFFEE MAKER. ALSO THERE ARE COOKING UTENSILS, AND DISHES.
	CENTRAL HEAT & AIR-CONDITIONING.
	COLOR TV WITH VCR.
	WIRELESS INTERNET.

SANDOLLAR SITY
PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING FOR ALL OUR GUEST

	All linens are provided
	Please bring your own beach towel for the beach. No beach towels provided by the staff for our guests.
	All houses have central heat and A/C.
	Off season and season rates.
	Barbecue pits and picnic tables are available for our guest and are located in our new party area called the Sand Spot.

PLEASE NOTE:
BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWEL FOR THE BEACH---WE DO NOT SUPPLY BEACH TOWELS FOR OUR GUEST. HOWEVER, WE DO HAVE BEACH TOWELS FOR SALE IN THE GIFT SHOP.

*CONDO CANCELLATION POLICY*

-A SIX (6) WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OF THE 3-BEDROOM CONDOS.

-A THREE (3) WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OF THE 1 & 2 BEDROOM CONDOS

*BEACH HOUSE CANCELLATION POLICY*
A SIX (6) WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OF THE BEACH HOUSE.

PLEASE SEND US AN E-MAIL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO HOLD A RESERVATION.
