Sandollar Sity  are beach house/condo lodgings in Port Aransas, Texas. We are located in a beautiful island beachside community on the north end of Mustang Island (just north of Padre Island). Our location in Port Aransas is 20 miles northeast of Corpus Christi, just up the coast.

Sandollar Sity consist of two beach houses for guests to stay in and a third beach house, which is sub-divided into 5 condo-style apartments. These accommodations are available for guests when they are vacationing in Port Aransas and the surrounding areas.

Sandollar Sity
is a beachfront leisure resort. We are situated right on the beach on The Gulf of Mexico. Sandollar Sity consist of beach houses/condos available for anyone vacationing in Port Aransas for 
"fun in the sun on the Gulf coast beach".

Sandollar Sity
offers many types of lodging for our guest. Sandollar Sity consist of three beach houses, which have a rustic charm to them. There are two individual beach houses and one beach house which is sub-divided into condos. We are just 180 lady-like steps from the front office deck to the Gulf's water's edge at normal tide.

Sandollar Sity beach resort beach location is a 5 to 10 minute drive from the Port Aransas ferry landing.

At Sandollar Sity there is a gift shop in our lobby to provide some beach accessories to our guest. Beach towels with the Sandollar Sity logo on them are also available in the gift shop. And we have snacks and soft drinks the gift shop.

When you want to see the island or go play in the Gulf, you just walk from the beachfront condo out to the beach. And our location is just a short 5 minute drive to restaurants, shopping areas, and nightly entertainment from
 Sandollar Sity.

The S.S. Saloon 
is now open during the
 Summer Season!!!
The S.S. Saloon is open and located on the deck in front of the office at Sandollar Sity on the beach.
We offer suds (beer, wine, and soft drinks), 
sigars (cigars), and snacks. We also have snacks.

Enjoy a cold beverage and a snack. Come to the S.S. Saloon for a  and enjoyable time and catch a nice breeze in the evening.

Beach Houses and Condos

	Two of the condos are individual beach houses, meaning that when you rent this 'condo', you rent the entire beach house. You have the whole beach house to yourself and your family or friends when you stay here.
	The third beach house is divided into five condo-style apartments.
	Three of the condos are the condos.
	One of the is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo.
	The fifth condo on the top floor is set aside for lovers. This is a cozy condo that is perfect for 'Honeymooners'. This condo has a Jacuzzi/Spa near the king-size bed.
